Hello!

I need your assistance with Claremont Resort & Club.
Could you please help me, since I have not enough edit rights?

  1. Could you please remove outdated images? (images visible at the moment have an outdated logo; could you please take images from Google? They are OK there);
  2. Could you please remove an outdated Claremont Hotel & Spa duplicate? I see it on live Waze, it’s missing in Google.

Please share which images are outdated. And, no, we cannot take images from Google and add them to Waze.

Additionally, there is no duplicate in Waze. There is only one entry. If you see two in live map search, it’s because there is one in Waze and one in Google.

Just to add: Generally Waze wants photos that display an exterior view, so the destination is recognizable to the driver upon arrival. You can use the Places tool in the app (find it through the Report button, lower right) to add a photo at the location. It would be flagged on the Waze Map Editor as a request for approval.
