I found a map that had the major and minor arterial roads for Saskatoon marked. I’ve updated the city accordingly, as is the goal for all of Canada.
Let me know if you have any questions - the increased use of major and minor highways within the city is a bit to get your mind around until you see the better routing that comes from it.
