I updated my IPhone to the latest IOS yesterday and the dreaded no GPS ON CarPlay has come back. My car is a BMW with wireless CarPlay and a fix is disconnecting CarPlay in WiFi and reconnecting while Waze isn’t looking for a GPS signal. I hope Waze updates with a fix

Several featrures I want to request on Apple Car Play.

- Hey Google and OK google or a button with the google microphone to give off commands like reporting a hazard or change locations etc on the iPhone. 
- Ability to scale down the directions so it will not fill up the map on its default settings. 
- The current road displayed at the bottom of the car icon or arrow icon when there is no route active. Just make the text clear without the text being cut off.

I experience the same problem almost every time I try to use Waze in my car with CarPlay. It’s extremely annoying!!! I have to shut down CarPlay in order to access Waze on my phone, wake it up manually and then turn CarPlay back on. EXTREMELY UNSAFE while driving. Why isn’t it possible to wake up Waze from CarPlay screen? Why does it ever go to sleep when CarPlay is  being used????

Same here, it's because the app has somehow logged me out. I need to go into the app on the phone, force close Waze and open it again via CarPlay.

Before plugging it in, open Waze on the phone & force close it again. It'll work fine then.

It's certainly improved on 4.72, but there's still an issue...

First time, all goes well, but if you stop the car, and get out and back in again, at the shop for example, it won't work properly. The car is either off over to the side of the screen or the usual. Requires a force-close and re-open via CarPlay to get going properly again.

My CarPlay is always top down (2D?) view after a certain (unknown) speed even when I've forced 3D instead of Auto. Can't be the only one with this issue? It used to work properly.
