So trying to give plenty of notice - how about the weekend of July 25? Anyone have an issue with that Saturday?

And for place, is Lansing central enough? Or is there another suggestion.

I finally got some feedback from Waze and they are willing to assist a bit. They will cover the venue which is a great load off us.

With that said, let's nail down a weekend and place so I can forward to them and get the ball rolling!

I was thinking just Michigan for this one, but others are welcome to make the trip if they want. I will need a rough estimate for Waze though.

The second of August would be a little close to get, but not impossible. The 15th I will be in Ontario for the weekend to visit a friend. Other than that I am pretty much open.

I could do the 22nd.

Quick update for those not attending in person.

There will be a live screen sharing feed all day. We will be keeping it simple and using hangouts.

I'll probably be able to swing it for at least a day trip (as long as my care-taking doesn't take a downturn)...if it's done by the 2nd weekend in August.

If it's a GLR meet, I'd suggest somewhere along the MI/IN border. Then we can compare pavement quality between MI and IN. [emoji6]
