I want to compile a list (on our Michigan wiki) of Google Form links to address the various mapping issues we run into in the Waze Map Editor and/the Waze navigation app.

Please use this thread post links to forms we can use to report issues to the "higher powers" (i.e., Waze staff) so they may help us make Waze better.

Please include links to information/discussions about how/when to use these forms if you have such links handy.

For example, our MI state manager (Doryphore_6) posted a link today in the Michigan Editors Google Hangout to a form for reporting Waze app search issues.

I added that link to our Michigan wiki in the "Mapping resources" section.
