Speed Limit Wiki now Available

Please read and follow the wiki posted above while setting Speed Limits while editing in Michigan.

Should anyone find a need to deviate from the National Standard in Michigan, please post the deviation requested and the reason here for discussion.

Less of a deviation request, and more of a clarification - which rule are we applying to both unsigned crossovers (street-type), and MUTI's (ramp-type), if any rule should be applied at all?
