Unfortunately, PURs/pictures are one of the hardest things to track down who is doing unscrupulous deletions or rejections. We have checks in place for many other edits and can usually quickly identify who isn't playing nice, but due to the system and interface that we have for these types of edits, it's difficult to nail down what's going on.

Many of us have a lot of time invested in improving the map, so we definitely appreciate when someone else makes the same investment of time. Do know that the MI editing corps is circling the wagons to figure out what's going on, because the last thing we all want is someone running roughshod over all our hard work.
