This Landmark?

I've been working on removing many parking lot and individual business landmarks. Then, I find this oddity:

It is locked and created by staff.

Is that supposed to be on the map?

Have you tried to unlock it?

I doubt that landmark should be there for several reasons
1) If you look at the website listed (and the address in the landmark) it - the result would be HERE.
2) It's not a museum/visitor center
