Ann Arbor Miller Ave Construction

In case of any new map errors or user reports, please be aware of these changes:

I renamed "Miller Rd" to "Miller Ave" between M-14 and Main St in Ann Arbor.

I had to undo some mangled edits and turn restrictions in the area to resolve a legitimate map error.

Miller Ave will be partially closed and only open to Eastbound traffic starting some time this month. Consult the "Stage 2 Traffic Control" page in this document: http://www.a2gov.org/news/Documents/201 ... 8.docx.pdf

A user reported today that Miller Ave is now a one-way road. I've marked the segments from Maple Rd to Newport Rd as CONST ZN and one way. There are normally no turn restrictions in this area.
