Bizarre Intersection

I'm not sure what to make of this?

It looks like someone added a road that doesn't exist, to accommodate some house numbers.

If I try to fix this, will it break the house numbers?

The create date suggests it is a basemap segment. It does have house numbers but that's after-the-fact. Probably need to have a small section of that street west of the junction, with it turning into 3rd in the turn heading northing instead of junctioned directly at the 4-way.

Yep it worked. Just detached, reattached, and moved things around. 631 3rd St got placed with the southern segment but it's still in there.
