Overhaul in Progress
This article is involved in the Wiki Overhaul. During this time, it should not be touched while it is being adjusted, unless you are involved in the overhaul. For more information, send Imper1um a PM.

The Waze client is a powerful application that, while running, can provide you information on how the roads are up ahead using Crowdsourced data from other drivers running the same program. You can, in turn, let other drivers know about the road ahead and they can navigate around serious problems in the road way.

Location Sharing

Waze only stores Favorites for use on your phone for your personal use only. Waze does not transmit your location, starting location or destination to any 3rd Parties without your consent. Your GPS location may be anonymized (any information about you is removed about the GPS point and vector) for use in improving the map.
