While we cannot use google maps (copy protected) as a source for editing or adding places to Waze, I used your website to add the place and details to Waze.
It should be live soon.
FYI - places can also be added by users via the app interface. If you haven’t added any places before it’ll create a request that’s pending approval by a more experienced editor. You can post in this WA forum or the US Unlock forum if you don’t wish to wait for an editor to stumble upon the request.

I will note that Chiro Clinic is already mapped. Please take the time to search by name or address in the map editor here before asking us to add to the map.

You should be aware: you’re not communicating via Waze Support via this forum.
We are a community of Waze users, some of whom also volunteer to edit the Waze map.
Not everyone has the ability to edit nationwide, as you figured out when you were spoofing GPS to add places using the app. If you start on this page, you can see every state in the US and get help from local editors.
I’ll be honest - you are a company paid to add businesses to different online services. We are unpaid volunteers whose interest is to help other people who use the app. It’s in your best interest to provide a link to the Waze Map Editor and full details, if you would like us to help you. Links to Google information (copyrighted) and screen shots of what you’re trying to do are not going to get a positive response.
I would also ask that you stop stating you’re having “trouble adding my business”. You’re misrepresenting yourself.
Livemap searches are NOT a good way to judge if something is in Waze. Results can be from Waze and Google Maps, and do not necessarily reflect what someone sees in the app. If you can find it in the map editor, it will show up in the app. If it isn’t, it can still show up in the app if it’s properly added to Google Maps.
I will say that Chiro Clinic DOES show up in Livemap, so I’m not sure what issue you are having searching for it.
