Reason: I want to add Vernon Close as part of the new Kingsfleet estate in Thetford. I saw it in-person and its also mapped on Apple Maps. I just can’t connect it to A1075 due to the level 4 lock. I want to add Vernon Close and only allow left turns onto A1075.
